In this course, we'll learn to apply psychology and behavioral science to the customer experience. You'll get an introduction to the C.H.O.I.C.E. model for persuasive experience design, and battle-tested persuasion principles.
We'll also learn to use customers' tendency toward irrational behavior to our benefit across the customer journey, as well as design patterns that work in digital and physical experiences.
This course is suitable for marketing managers, experience strategists, and designers who have a beginner to intermediate level of knowledge of psychology and behavioral science. If you've read Choice Hacking, this is a good first step to applying the principles covered in the book.
